(FRI) Service level expectation on FRI updates
After event definition and tasking, the analysis of available data is fully automated, producing flood extent snapshot updates as result. The FRI Updates are typically provided every 6 hours or less from the first available observed evidence for the event, and continuing until no new evidence is available for 24 hours.
The current typical FRI Update processing schedule occurs at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00 hours UTC. This means the FRI updates are typically available at 00:30, 06:30, 12:30 and 18:30 UTC in the ICEYE Solutions Suite. In very large or long-lasting (several weeks) flood events spanning several states or countries, the processing time may be longer and updates may be available later than this schedule.

Various FRI deliverables have different evidence time windows. In FRI Flood Extent Snapshots, there is a rolling evidence time window of 24 hours. This means that evidence (acquired SAR images) with acquisition time less than 24 hours old until the file name timestamp is considered, and any older evidence is not carried over. In the Flood Extent Accumulated and Advanced Layers deliverables, all evidence from the start of the event until the file name timestamp is included. More details about the deliverable content is available in the FRI
Event Deliverables section.
