(FI) Service level expectations (SLE)

ICEYE Flood Insights Outputs are provided in releases as an event unfolds. There are two types of release schedules for events that occur within supported countries, which you can find detailed in Table 1:

• 24 hour SLE - ICEYE aims to produce the first release within 24 hours of initiating flood analysis. Further releases (with refinined outputs such as observed peak flood extent and depth) are typically expected at approximately 24-hour intervals thereafter, continuing until further analysis would not produce meaningful results.

• 7 day SLE For events in 7-day SLE coverage areas, ICEYE targets a single final release within 7 days of the event ending. For large or complex events, multiple releases may be produced on a rolling 3-day cadence, providing updated flood extent and depth as the analysis develops.
