(ISS) What is ICEYE Solution Suite?

ICEYE Solutions Suite (“ISS”) is a platform where ICEYE’s Solutions products can be accessed. ISS enables customers to discover, access, and utilize geospatial insights in support of operational and decision-making workflows.

ISS is designed to reduce the time and technical effort required for customers to move from data to actionable understanding.

• Event Monitoring

ISS provides visibility into areas that are monitored, active, or completed, including relevant metadata and status updates throughout the event lifecycle.

• Product Delivery

ISS enables access to ICEYE’s Solutions products which may include raster and vector geospatial datasets and associated metadata. The products are delivered through one or more supported interfaces, including the web-based application and API.

• Visualization

ISS provides tools to visualize and explore ICEYE’s Solutions products and associated analytics, enabling users to interpret impacts of an event at both summary and location-specific levels.

• Programmatic Access

ISS allows customers to search for events, retrieve metadata, and programmatically access or download available ICEYE’s Solutions products. Through the use of APIs, ISS can be integrated into customer systems and workflows.

ISS may include additional analytical or data capabilities that are not part of the standard offering and must be explicitly agreed in the applicable contract between ICEYE and the customer, end user or partner (as applicable).

• Add-On Module: Area Intelligence - What is it?

Area Intelligence is an analytical capability within ISS that provides aggregated views of building-level impacts across defined geographic areas. It enables customers to quickly assess the scale, distribution, and severity of impacts without requiring precise location-level inputs.

Area Intelligence is designed to support rapid situational understanding, high-level impact estimation, and prioritization of response or analysis efforts across affected regions.

• Aggregated Impact Insights

Area Intelligence aggregates building impact data into predefined areas (e.g., postcode areas or grid-based regions), providing summarized views of affected buildings and impact severity.

Availability varies by region and product, depending on building footprint data and ICEYE’s rights to use and distribute aggregation datasets (e.g., postcode boundaries), which may be restricted in some regions. As a result, not all aggregation types are supported globally. The table below outlines the currently supported aggregation types by region and product.

• Multi-Peril Aggregation

Where multiple ICEYE products exist for a single event, Area Intelligence combines impacts across perils into a unified view, with the ability to distinguish individual peril contributions.

• Visualization

Area Intelligence provides map-based and tabular views that enable users to explore the spatial distribution of impacts, compare affected areas, and identify concentrations of damage at a glance.

• Export

Area Intelligence supports both relative (percentage-based) and absolute (count-based) representations of impacts and enables export of aggregated results.
